Returns & Exchanges

At Mi Piaci, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your parcel to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
